We ship exclusively within Canada through Canada Post, with a flat shipping rate of $30 per order.
Our location in Prince Rupert, northern British Columbia, means higher shipping costs and less frequent transportation schedules. Our flat rate helps cover these costs, and delivery times may vary depending on your destination and available service. Thank you for your understanding and for supporting our independent shop.
We do not currently offer shipping outside Canada.
For purchases made in store, please refer to the exchange policy printed on your receipt. A receipt is required for an exchange, and items must have all tags attached and be in their original packaging.
Online orders picked up in store are subject to our in-store exchange policy.
For shipped online purchases, exchanges may be requested within 30 days of purchase.
For online purchases in Prince Rupert, exchanges may be requested within 14 days of receiving your purchase. Orders picked up in store follow the in-store policy noted above.
To qualify for an exchange, items must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition in which you received them, with all original packaging and tags attached. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

All sale items are final sale. Only regular-priced items are eligible for exchange.

Once we receive and inspect your item, we will email you to confirm its arrival and let you know whether your exchange has been approved.
We offer replacements only for items that are defective or damaged. To request a replacement of the same item, please email [email protected] for assistance before returning it.
If a refund is required and approved for an online order, it will be issued to your original payment method. Processing times vary by bank and credit card provider.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. If we arrange return shipping on your behalf, its cost will be deducted from any approved refund.
The time it takes for an exchanged item to reach you will depend on your location and available shipping service.
