This limited-release Virgin Mady maple syrup is aged 12 months in Tennessee whiskey barrels and is alcohol-free. The flavour is bold and layered, with notes of maple, oak, vanilla, hazelnut, and caramel. Use a small amount to add depth to sweet or savoury dishes.
