Finally, somewhere to put all that sarcasm to good use. Disappointing Affirmations: The Game brings Dave Tarnowski’s popular Instagram account to game night, challenging you to give positive messages an amusingly pessimistic twist.

Each round, a judge reads a positive prompt and the other players choose a response card to undermine its optimism. The funniest combination wins the prompt card, and whoever collects the most wins the game. Bring your driest humour and friends who appreciate a little darkness with their laughs.

Created with Ridley’s Games, this party game includes 80 prompt cards, 160 response cards and instructions. Designed for 3–6 players aged 18 and up, it takes approximately 30 minutes to play.
